Bought a kit set wardrobe. Got it home and it was impossible to put together straight. Rang Bunnings repeatedly, had some ding-a-ling ask me if I had no one to help me put it together, I asked said ding-a-ling if she was serious, is that an appropriate question? Just because I am a woman???? She then said someone would ring me. They didn't, i had to ring numerous times before Bunnings finally got back to me and someone came and looked at it. Said he would come and pull it apart and put it back together. Didn't turn up when he said he would. Still waiting!!!

We required help with a small non profit job. The Bunnings staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were astonished at their professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you. We are doing a large build next so Bunnings will be our first port of call.

Huge store, lots of potential, poorly trained staff, antiquated IT stock control systems (or poorly trained staff)... Planned quick visit turned into very long visit, no one knew where product was located in store, computer systems offered little assistance... Employees were pleasant and tried to help, but they did not have the required skills or in-store systems to support their efforts.

Three times I have gone to get something from the Bunnings store in Dunedin that they have advertised only to be told that they don't have that product in stock but they do have ..... and they have tried to sell me something more expensive. Once I can accept, twice is annoying three times - there is no excuse except that you publishing misleading adverts.

Bunnings is a very large and diverse hardware store with everything and more that you would need, for the home handyman or the professional building services . They also have have a well stocked area for the gardening enthusiasts with products for the home gardener with the green finger or the professionals alike.
