Poor service..stood about unattended to be told by a man apparently employed there that our inquiry wasn't his to to track down another person. None obvious for a while. Less than impressed.

Smith City Dunedin have always been a helpful bunch, i never have to wait for service and always there for advice. Excellent customer service.

Store lay out is unconventional. Quite expensive and poor service. But that just a walk in experience

Smith's City Dunedin. Bought a fridge. The doors were the wrong way around when delivered. I tried to reverse them after delivery. (The salesperson didn't mention this at point of sale it might need doing.) The supplied directions were extremely small & directions hard to work out, didn't make much sense. I rang the store (the staff uninterested in my complaint) the sales guy listened to me. I still couldn't work it out. So I drove into the store. He was busy when I walked in, on the phone he looked at me & walked to the other side of the floor, no acknowledgement. (He later said that he noticed me) Tired of being ignored, I got the guys attention. I felt I was being dismissed. He showed me reluctantly the parts on the door that needed changing & I worked out what I was doing wrong. Drove home. I was worried I may not be able to put it together, I did eventually. A HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE. I'll go to Noel Leeming next time-

Great place and one of the last few that offer in-store finance instead of having to sign up to a third party.
