Fantastic range of plants, pots, garden tools, fertilisers. Staff are also very knowledgeable. Like every other Bunnings store, they have everything that you could want and helpful staff. Great value too.

The young lady at the store entrance responded rudely to my question as I entered. She began her reply with the words, "That's a stupid question," as if I am expected to know beforehand where to look for a product. Also, the queues were long and, when another register opened to cope with the demand, the cashier invited the last person in the queue rather than the person who had been waiting the longest. Service staff are the face of a business, and I now have a poor impression of Bunnings.

My partner and I were assisted by Brad, and he could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient with us as we knew absolutely nothing about the DIY project we wanted to undertake. Thanks!

Great service! Lady gave me easy instructions to follow on how to re-pot plants and the best but cheapest soil to use. The plant broke however in the wind but they simply gave me an exchange for a new one. Too easy. No dramas.
