Always good! Super friendly staff. Lots of variety. The undercover parking is high enough for us to fit which is always a good thing! 3.0 m clearance.
Very helpful staff member. I don’t have her name but this senior lady goes out of her way to be helpful. She doesn’t just point to the area you want, she takes you to the item.nYou can also find her at the automatic checkout, she is always with customers helping to put the items through, getting a box to make it easier to carry goods purchased.nMy partner and I are impressed with her customer service and care.
I love the range of Hibiscus plants. nnAll flowers pictured, were grown from the plants bought from the Bunnings Compton Road Flagship store, the plants were mainly supplied from Pohlmans and some independent suppliers.
Went to Browns plains first ,looking for Lane Hampton black handles which we already have but wanted 115 mm handles and got the run around.Didnt have them at Browns plains,so we went to Acica Ridge Bunnings and a staff member looked them up for us saying they had 3 items in stock .Couldn't find them so at this time we were getting annoyed but not with the staff member .She did her best looking in boxes on top shelf and weren't there ,she looked up other near by Bunnings .She told us and showed us on her phone there were 8 items of the 115mm Lane Hampton black handles at Underwood ,so off we went and got there asking a staff member who was very helpful again .She looked up the handles for us and yes we have them so the stock count said.The area they were meant to be by the information on her phone ,they were not .Instead there were Lane Hampton 96mm handles and not 115mm handles .No 115 mm handles anywhere .So what a bloody wasted time and fuel ,3 Bunnings .You need to get you stores in shape and have the right item in the slot where your staff members were told by their information given to them.All the 3 staff members went beyond to help us .Not Happy Bunnings but do you care because we are just a number .
I want to give a special shout out to Michelle today who helped me find bathroom floor waste grate. Thank you so much for having a thorough look through the stock to find me the part I needed. This is a classic example of what good customer service is and she definitely went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Michelle
