Apparently they no longer look after customers, I asked for 1 piece of timber to be cut and was told we don't cut plastic then I replied it's wood then the lovely lady replied I don't have anyone to cut it for you so you can purchase a saw and cut it yourself. So I left all my items and went to Mitre 10 where they were more than happy to assist me. Very poor service when you can see multiple team members just standing around and chatting amongst themselves. Lost yourself a very regular customer
I don't know much about this place because I've never had any issues with other services. However, as a parent of two young children, I can say that the spacious indoor play area and art workshops are comparable to other Burnings, and the service from the cafe staff is the best. I don't usually write Google reviews, but the cafe staff made me want to write one.

I recently had to return a faulty security camera. I couldn't return it during the weekdays because I had to take it down to return. By the time the weekend came it was 4 days out of warranty I didn't know of course as I only pulled out the receipt on the weekend. I was told nothing we can do, it's out of warranty. Makes you lose your faith in customer service.
We spent the morning at Bunnings Brownsplains and I have to say a lady by the name of Sandy made our day. She was lovely with outstanding customer service , offering fruit and sweets with personality plus.
