I had a great experience at Bunnings Browns Plains today. I was looking for 10kg Dingo mortar bags, but unfortunately, they were all sold out. Thankfully, a helpful and knowledgeable staff member working at the trade desk quickly offered a practical alternative—letting me know that 20kg bags were available in the timber yard and would work just as well for my needs.nnThanks to their quick thinking and excellent service, I was able to get the product I needed without the hassle of visiting another store, and I managed to complete my home project over the weekend. I’m very thankful and appreciate the support. Great customer service like this really makes a difference!
Home away from home, shop here or other stores almost daily! Busy store bit hectic, but have the stock and great service. Spend a fortune here, I should get free shares!!! Power pass customer.nnMy puppies love Bunnings shopping! The staff know them well and they get so many cuddles along their shop that it usually takes double time to get out and I’m always spending three times the planned budget because I spot other items I need. Wear out our Bunnings shirts and jumpers weekly.nnThe snags are the best to support local charities and clubs. The cafes are amazing for quality quick bites to eat on the run. Please give me bigger discounts not just at your trade show specials.
Went today to get a couple of things, one of the main things I needed I couldn't find. Wandered the store and found the super helpful Tish. She listened, found what I needed, went out of her way to get it out the back and then refilled the shelf so the next person wouldn't have that issue. She was friendly, helpful and honestly just made a usually stressful task easy and pleasant. Please ensure she is commended for her amazing customer service.
Absolutely useless manager she didn’t refund my boiler that I bought from them just a day before and I didn’t even opened it and told me I had to take to the boiler company for refund but then I went to another binning and take it easy with no issue so don’t know why she give me a big trouble for. So definitely disappointed
I wish to do a shout out to an amazing man who was working in and around the store at Bunnings Browns Plains this morning. What an absolute pleasure it was coming to Bunnings as a female and having the most helpful man to seem to be my personal shopper. It was almost like he was everywhere I needed him to be. From bathrooms, to floor mats, citronella lights and even lawn mower oil. Thanks Brian- keep up the fantastic, helpful and funny way of being in Customer Service.
