I went to Bunnings Mansfield for refund this morning. A old lady served me in help desk. I really disappointed her attitude that served me. It was uncomfortable and rude even if it was short time. When I saw her, I already didn't expect good service from her. She needs to be friendly and kind to all her customer there " For staffs, that is the very basic attitude for customers. Also, I want her to respect all customer what reason they came. Unfortunately, It wasn't happy experience there.
Bunnings is Bunnings, you can find anything there. But sometimes I go to this store and am told that what I am looking for is only sold on bigger stores.. frustrating.. the other day I had to go to cannon hill after this store to find a simple item. Maybe should have gone directly to the bigger store. But my Gravatt seems very big already, go figure
A big store well located and very visible. Plenty of parking available. I found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs. They have a big, well stocked timber yard and prices are reasonable for the treated timber. Not all stores keep all of the items we want so it pays to check online first if it's in stock. Everyone is still being Covid safe.
Limited parking available in this Bunnings however when you get there, few spots will be available always. Gas replacement available here and mostly they got in stock. Stock mostly available but sometime not if it's a special item. Moderate staff but they are always happy to help.
Website said portable air con was in stock. Went to store and young guy who worked there said he wouldn't trust website and people had been asking about same model all weekend and they had none in stock!!!
This Bunnings warehouse in Mt Gravatt is a huge warehouse. This particular Bunnings warehouse has a decent size parking right in front of the building so one doesn’t have to walk long to get into the store. Any Bunnings warehouse is the best place when it comes to buy: 1. Home improvement and outdoor living products 2. Project builders 3. Commercial tradesman 4. Housing industry 5. Cleaning products 6. Electrical products 7. Mechanical hand tools 8. Power tools 9. Gardening 10. Doors and accessories 11. Carpets 12. Metal sheets 13. List goes on and on. Another excellent thing about every Bunnings store is that they organise teaching classes for community on various activities like painting, buildings, modifications, electrical activities etc. Products supplied at Bunnings are always at very competitive prices and mostly are cheaper than any other retailer. Please like my review if it was helpful or advise edit if you would like me to change something in review. Thanks.
Friendly staffs, good location, huge area, asserted choices, love to go shopping there weekend and get a barbie at the exit
What’s not to love about Bunnings? This is my local one and it’s got everything you’d want - gardening, plumbing, doors, cleaning, electrical … everything in between, plus there’s a cafe inside and staff are pretty friendly and helpful too
