loved the dirt section, had a 5 course meal with the cow mulch. i enjoyed sitting at the cafe watching the children play in the play area! will be coming back soon!!!
Went to Bunnings on 9th November Sunday evening around 3.30 PM. Worst customer experience from the women serving at isle 45 section with the desks No customer care or bothered to check up and inform about the product availability. I wish i could remember her name unfortunately can’t remember as only the impression was the only thing i remember, how pathetic it was. Disappointed.
I went to bunnings Malaga to get some pet grass and I was waiting for one of the lady that work in the garden section to finish talking I asked if they had and pet grass she looked at me like I asked a stupid question and then carried on talk to the people and showing pictures on her mobile phone.nI ended up get some seeds so I went though the garden section check out and I also asked to change a gas bottle cause there was a returns station there the young lady was rude and told me that I have to got to the main desk for that cause that's where it's done and the young lady that was at the main desk totally ignored me and served other customers.nWhat is the point of having the bottle exchange in the garden section if they dont help it was like it was to hard.nThen I came back to get an out door table and chairs and got left waiting for half and hour before getting severed by a love lady that had finished for the day.helped me in her own time.
I was looking for cabinet liners and could only find one visible in the store. I asked a staff member named Paige for help, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to check multiple locations for me and eventually found exactly what I needed. Paige went above and beyond with such a pleasant and helpful attitude—it truly made my day. Her customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciate her effort!
