It is very popular in Austrailia, they sales a lot meterial for houses, constructions, anything i you need. The staff are so freindly and kind, the meterials is so high quality, i like this shop
Terrible service. Asked for a box to carry $100 worth of vegetable plants. Was told to get it ourselves from other end of the store, as it wasn't their job! Excellent service given to 2 pensioners in their 80's! Training needed! Won't be returning any time soon!
I went here with my partner for painting equipment. We were complete beginners with no knowledge or tools. Had a very sweet and lovely lady named Dai assist us. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us great tips and recommendations. Thank you so so much for making this less intimidating for us.
The old staff is really affected .I showed him the name of the product i am looking for, he kept saying he can not see on my phone, then he kept shouting and asked me to write it down on a slip of paper, so, you would be able to see if I write it down?nill-bred and disrespectful,nThat’s contradictory and the old guy with white beard is really contrived. He needs more training about how to communicate with customers.
I had the most lovely experience today! i was in buying some stuff for my move and im always anxious to ask for help because im a girl and kinda clueless and dont wanna be treated like im an idiot, but the worker i believe his name was Stuart was so nice!! he was an older gentlemen and was so warm and friendly and made me happy to be there! this man deserves a raise!! i will definitely be back :3 xxx
