Service by staff here has improved slightly, but it’s coming off a low base. Variety of experiences from young staff who didn’t know much about much through to senior staff who should no better when it comes to service. There was one male staff member was was incredible - he was the benchmark - had answers to everything I asked and walked me straight to the product I needed.

Always friendly and helpful service here! My favorite of all the Bunnings! If you need any plumbing advice go talk to Grady! He is a tradie knows his stuff, and he has helped us buy the right things to sort a number of plumbing woes! The paint crew are really helpful too.

I called Morley bunnings( Friday 2nd/18 )evening asked if they cut the white melamine sheets to size,she said yes,So I said okay I'll pop in Saturday morning. Got to Morley store being the closest store, loaded trolley with my items and proceeded to the trade desk to organise cutting. Two staff members were talking to each another and I asked the male staff member who can I get to cut my sheets,he said we don't cut home DIY projects,I said to the staff member last night I spoke to a staff member who said yes.Then he said no. 6 cuts was all I required.I said we'll Malaga do it most days he said we don't. So I left the store went to Malaga,got a great staff member Brenden at the trade desk,said yes no problems can do it in about half an hour.My sheets were cut to correct size in no time.Would recommend Malaga any day.How Morley could not do it and one can I don't know.Just lazy can't be bothered attitude maybe.Stores Mangers Should inform your staff customer service is second to none.Wont be going there again for anything.
