Ordered some shelves online and pick up from Malaga in the morning, got an email saying i can pick up a stocked item in 4 hours. Money has been taken out, got there and they told me online processing dosnt work weekends and i cant pick up till monday...waste of time and fuel..... if this is the case, why dont they mention that in the email.nnEdited up to 4 stars for the great after service i recived, felt listened to and validated.
What a fabulous customer service by Claudia at Stratco Malaga. I most often buy stuff this particular store and she is the one my favourite staff around the store. She always helps me in all the ways such as selecting and picking materials, hardware. She suggests technically a lot to the customer for their needs and give them the right things what they are after. She takes care for everyone but I don't mind to say she is a good asset of stratco Malaga team.nKeep it up as is Claudia and wishing you all the best for your future endeavours.
