First and probably last time I pay a visit.nWorst customer service and untrained staff on using the computer.nTwo employees were attentig customers so I approached another one that looked free, when I ask for help she replied I'm busy sorry on the computer.nnEventually placed the order and paid but I had to picked up from the warehouse in Canning ValennWhen i asked for more info on blade fences and rain water tanks another employee just pointed out were to go without actually taking me there.nIt's a real shame, it seems they don't want to be there.

We always come to Stratco Malaga for our Colorbond sheets, whether it's for our shed, fence or the kids' cubby house. The service is always excellent, and the prices are great too. A big thanks to Priyo for his help, super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend
We bought a patio from the Malaga store and were served by the very friendly and professional staff member, Jason Rodrigues. He has extensive knowledge of the products and made our purchase process simple and stress-free. We felt completely satisfied with the experience. Very poor customer service. Made the effort of going in. Showed pictures and measurements. Just highlighted one in the magazine and he went off. Much better range and price on the website... Don't bother coming to this store. I'm not going to in my lifetime....
