I made a Click and Collect order. My order was processed efficiently and was ready quicker than their standard turnaround times. I required additional assistance with how to install my product and the staff member was extremely helpful and provided great advice and service.
Work purchased the titanium cupboard for me as part of a retirement gift. I'm using it to store my gardening tools in. Wasn't too bad to put together it just took a bit of patience. Great product
First and probably last time I pay a visit.nWorst customer service and untrained staff on using the computer.nTwo employees were attentig customers so I approached another one that looked free, when I ask for help she replied I'm busy sorry on the computer.nnEventually placed the order and paid but I had to picked up from the warehouse in Canning ValennWhen i asked for more info on blade fences and rain water tanks another employee just pointed out were to go without actually taking me there.nIt's a real shame, it seems they don't want to be there.
Very low stock, a lot items not available. Some items very overpriced compared to the big green shed. Very lacking in customer service. Used to be great. Definitely gone downhill. Doubtful if i'll bother going back...
