I like the furniture here. The staff also are helpful.

Very very disappointed,   Was told these were very good quality chairs,   This is want happens after only 5 years of very little use.  All the chairs are cracking and peeling.

Huge exposition, good prices, high quality

Great service! Went into the Osborne Park showroom over the weekend and walked out with lounge and dining sets at a FANTASTIC price and the quality is second to none! My parents have couches from their from 7 years ago that still look brand new. Leather quality cant be beaten! Would recommend to anyone that is searching for new furniture!

Wanted to buy a  genuine leather lounge,  she talked me into a bonded leather lounge set, these are better she said,  Right???? cable for the recliner broke within the first year and the cable was rusted for some reason,  the bonded material is peeling off, poor quality furniture and don't real want to know about warranty as someone said, go buy your furniture somewhere else:

I need to speak with the owner. Super frustrated . Very bad customer service. They stole my money. They sold me stuff as brand new item and it was last piece at store / used. They promised to refund after discussion and approval from the owner and now they don't accept refund. Very rude sales person ... waiting for the owner to call me back as they are not allowing me to contact him. I might call the police as they are breaching the fraud law

Cheap Chinese Rubbish, get around to Victoria Road for superior quality European imported furniture at Eurofurniture.

Please don't buy anything from New idea furniture. They don't give you warranty on thier any product, no matter how expensive thay are. They don't even bother to look up on damage or any issues after selling their furniture.Even 1 star is too much as per my experience.

I have bought my lounge suite 20 years a go.  It still look good,  and keep going.  So it depend how you after it.

If you're looking for a round dining table with a built in lazy-susan, this place has glass, plastic, and marble topped ones.  Designs are quite oriental and clearance section even has little stone statues of dragons I think.
