Not happy with your hire shop. Returned a rug doctor this morning only to be told that the blade underneath wasn't cleaned so was charged $45 for cleaning. When I hired it, no one explained how to take it apart to clean it thoroughly, had no idea what was underneath it as I didn't turn the machine upside down. Hire some qualified people in the hire shop and not teens on minimum wage. I spent an hour cleaning the parts I could reach. A bit of fluff on a blade cost me $45, I'd go back and clean it myself for less. Pathetic! Will never return to that store again! Messy Xmas to you too! Rude...

Useless as expected from a store like this. Bought an expensive smoke alarm 10 months ago, the build date stamped is Feb 2017 and it's faulty, going off non stop even when the power switch set to off. I bought it somewhere in Brisbane and can't produce a receipt which is usually not needed at bunnings but of course today it was decided needed and they wouldn't act. I've now left my alarm at the returns counter for disposal as it didn't make it even a year into its 10 year battery life.... Thanks bunnings, I appreciate you taking thousands of dollars from me each year and then failing to be of assistance when a small claim is needed.

I went to Bunnings Keysborough for a clothes horse you spend $6 the cheapest, very basic or spend more depending on your budget and needs including ones on casters for ease of movement from room to another. Laundry baskets start at $3 very light weight and go up in price, this means they are bigger and stronger $13.90 will get you a decent basket or you can spend around $24. Depending on you budget and needs.

Absolutely terrible customer service... Was walking around the store for half an hour looking for a specific uncommon item with my screaming toddler in my arms whilst trying to push the trolley and juggle everything hanging out of it and could not get a single staff member to look me in the eye and help. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Shame.
