It's in a good position, with two entrances. The standard large store design also fairly newish. I found the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I do like how when asking any staff member where some random item is, they are all well trained to direct you to the correct isle number and position. Having a cafe with some nice goodies is always a plus.
i recently got some work boots and forgot to get the receipt and i don’t live in gympie so i had to call to get it, the first time i called the lady i spoke to i don’t remember her name was short and not helpful at all really, she said she’d send it to me then didn’t and didn’t call me, i think she hoped i would just forget.. so i called again and talked to this lovely lady named jamie she spent about 40 minutes all up on the phone with me as we couldn’t originally find the purchase, she never once got frustrated with me or gave up she was genuinely so lovely and willing to help! big shout out to jamie!!
Popped in Thursday afternoon, not sure what I needed. Got pointed in the direction of Malaki. He was extremely knowledgeable and got me sorted out very quickly.
Great store compared to Noosaville store. This has a greater range of products especially the garden section
Staff were so helpful and of course the range of products is amazing at every Bunnings. If one staff member could not help, they found another that could, went above and beyond and I thank them very much. A great Bunnings.
