I like Mitre 10. They are more personal. It’s good to have the competition rather than just Bunnings. I prefer Mitre 10 as people stay there for many years and will jump in and give you a hand as well as some of the guys are very very knowledgeable and will help advise Where needed. Very good access in and out as I’m usually in the trade section. As well as good parking for the other.
Visited the Gympie Mitre 10 this morning. Nice clean store with plenty of room to move. Hannah was brilliant in helping us to buy metal shelves. Could of fobbed us off but went looking to find what we wanted. Very pleased. All the staff were very pleasant and offered their help. Matthew was good on the checkout and reinstated my rewards card that had gone missing. Well done Mitre 10

The helpful friendly staff made our time spent there easy.
I've been to many Mitre 10's but the service Gabrielle provided was outstanding, starting from a phone call chasing a product to her keeping me updated with finding it and different solutions for my problem. Then in person she was so kind, lovely and personal. Gabrielle along with another star employee Phil that helped putting together everything I needed and shared his knowledge and experience and understood I just needed a solution. Courtney behind the counter was so kind and lovely and Deano was a gentleman. Gympie Mitre 10, you're team has absolutely outdone yourselves and should be so proud of the tight-knit, incredibly helpful team you have!!
