On the 25th November I took my aunt to Harvey Norman to purchase a new mobile phone for my her husband. We were served by a delightful man named Tom. His outstanding knowledge of the product and help and demeanour were exemplary. My aunt said he restores the faith in young people and was beyond helpful.
Over the past few months I’ve had to buy multiple devices for my business. Byron expertise has made picking the right devise so much easier. He didn’t care about trying to squeeze as much money out of me, he actively listened to my needs and got me the best deal possible every time ! Highly recommend you see Byron on your next visit
The IT person who set up my new phone was next to useless. I was sent home with supposedly a fully functional phone and the sim card had not even been installed. My texts had not been transferred. Information was limited and the phone was not ready for use. The time was not even right. The manager on my next visit was rude and dismissive and judged me for my lack of knowledge yet I had been very clear on what I was capable of and what I needed. For this I paid $99. They have very poor customer service. recommend the IT guru goes for IT and service training and the manger goes for an intense course in customer PR.
Byron at the Gympie store was absolutely amazing. He has totally exceeded my expectations every time I have dealt with him. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and friendly customer service. I love your store the ambiance here at Gympie Harvey Norman is always inviting and comfortable. Byron was great He was very good with his custocu service. Explain things very well. took the time to understand my needs as well thank you so much Couldn't have asked for a better person to serve me.
