Black Friday sales we went to have a look for a new bed frame and mattress, lots of choices but still pricey except from the floor examples.nThe young lady that was serving the customers in the bedding area was very friendly and for once we didn’t have a pushy annoying sales person. Very professional and there for when you had questions - thank you.nWe didn’t end up buying a bed although the pictured was our favourite, but instead went to a NDIS bedding shop as we require a high adjustable bed for a reasonable price.
Had a great experience shopping here, staff were well presented and helpful. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and showed genuine interest. Got what I was after and walked out with a great deal
We would like to congratulate Corina Joseph at Harvey Norman Gympie. We had paid for a range hood at another major retailer months ago, only to be advised today that it was no longer available. We decided to try Harvey Norman and the customer service provided by Corina was of a standard you do not often encounter nowadays. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a solution we have been waiting months for. Thank you Corina, your customer service is excellent!
had exactly what I was after, saved heaps, got a great deal. Staff member in computers was very well mannered and respectful, will definitely be coming back.
Anyone missed a sale price by 1 day because HN website hides sale dates under term & conditions. If you do not live in metro area I drove 40min to closest store to be told only online and price had changed, staff did not even know sale date changes. Weeks later same computer on sale at different store $200 more, told manufacturers make sale prices. Forgive me for wanting to see item in person and talk to a human.
