Bought a bunk bed today great service and great PRICE! Much better than most. Stephen was wonderful along with all the staff, very helpful got the bed delivered same day Stephen even helped with tips on how to put it together, was very helpful will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to family and friends. I would recommend checking in at beds r us gympie befor anywhere else very happy.
Update...we returned to the shop and were met with total professionalism and courtesy. The lack of staff last visit was explained...faulty customer alarm. Apologies gratefully accepted...and we purchased our new mattress. 100% Satisfaction. Previous..... Went into the shop...waited and waited and waited. No one appeared!!!

The service really helpful!! I was camping and needed a extra mattress..The man in the shop helped by his honesty and patience..He sold me a product that was better price..did the job ..as I thought I had to buy a more expensive mattress..Plus being a visitor to Gympie the building had interesting history...which I was told about by the staff there..

Highly recommend Beds R Us. We ordered a mattress and were so impressed we decided to order another mattress and two bed frames. Couldn’t fault the customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable!
