Mike and the others were so helpful and kind when I wanted to get a bike serviced quickly as a surprise for hubby. Great service and reasonable cost. I didn’t quote anywhere else because local is best right ? Looking forward to continued rapport with the team as we start this new and exciting journey of bike riding as seniors ! Thanks a lot.

Had a great experience with Luke at the bike shop. My partners push bike had 5 flat tyres on the same rims & all were related to the valve & where it comes though the rim. I explained this to Luke & nothing was too much trouble & as we were travelling he fixed the problem within a couple hrs & at a great rate. Very happy travellers. Highly recommend.

We purchased 2 electric bikes Tebco.Both bikes are really easy to ride &we obtained the bikes @ a good price.What gives the team @ Gympie Bicycle centre the five stars was the service. I had a problem with 1 bike took it into a store in Bundaberg & was told it was best to take back to where we bought it. Went into another store & the guy was helpful but had no idea what may be wrong. I rang Gympie Bicycle Centre & within 15. Inures I had a contact @ Tebco & the fix was a 1 minute fix by resetting the electronics. The following day Gympie Bicycle Centre rang to make sure we had the bike fixed.Great service all round Victor Murray

Stoked on the service every time I go there. Unfortunately they couldn't provide a dual suspension bike in my budget and so I bought one online, but they didn't hold it against me when I came back in for some bike and mower parts and still treated me well and shared their knowledge. Thanks team!

Today I had two off road Nobbytyres fitted to my ebike,Luke was not only knowledgeable about what tyre's I was wanting he also gave me some sound advice on how to maintain my bike. I rode away on my ebike and Nobby tyres with a happy feeling. Thank you Luke and the team at Gympie Bicycle centre. Cheers Dave

WARNING.... The Tebco crosstrail is not waterproof. You can't get them wet..!!! After riding in the high country of NSW, going in and out of creeks, riding in the snow. This bike just stops working. It pop's up an error code 24. No one tells you don't get them wet. You have to learn that, the hard way. There are better ebikes on the market... I believe and I won't be buying one from this store that's for sure.

Great service! Just purchased my Specialized Stumpjumper 29 from these guys, they made sure I was measured up and 100% comfortable on the bike. Worth the drive from Brisbane

First day camping the chain on my 11yo bike broke. Took it in and they said they could look at it tomorrow. I suggested it was an easy fix and maybe I could buy a new link. I bought one for $5. I asked again if he would be able to put it on. A 2 min job for him. He said he didnt have time. Two boys with one working bike.

Found there sales person to be blunt and rude, think his name was lui or something like that, not impressed buying bike elsewhere even though I live local.

Gympie Bicycle Centre has helped get me back on the road and trails more than once. Quick turn around, great service, and affordable pricing, a real asset for local cyclists. Thanks Kieran, Mike and the guys.
