Telstra Shop Gympie Centro

Staff are friendly and the store has been significantly improved since it's recent refurbishing, but the wait times are ridiculous and you need to set aside around 1-2 hours before you can get out of there. A wide variety of phones, tablets, internet services etc. can be provided by this store, but wait times need to be significantly improved. Sure the store is large with many seats and an attractive design, but I don't believe this store can handle 2-5 customers at once let alone have entire store full of customers. Maybe hire more staff??

Absolute joke. Bought a phone from them.. three days later for some reason i can no longer access the phone.. took it to them for a little help and was told its not their problem.. so much for customer care. Brand new phone is useless. Dont go there.

Poor customer service rude employees extremely difficult to resolve issues had to call customer service centre (contorl group) to get the same issues resolved that should have been fixed in store.. if i could rate it at a lower star i would give them a minus rating
