Worst experience with a car rental. Rude staff not welcoming at all. I have rented out cars many times and also budget earlier but this time it was different. They want all your details as if they are approving a car loan application like utility bills where you work what you do etc.thanks to god they didn’t ask for the salary and the reason why they want all these details is because they have got some security procedures. So, think before you book from this one, they can spoil your mood if you plan to book a car with them at the start of the trip. Once again thanks Gerald and Budget South Yaara team.
Rented a Kia Carnival to drive 7 kids. I had read previous reviews but couldn't identify with any of the previous complaints. The two guys I dealt with were professional and polite. Car drove well, the 7 kids and I loved it. Slightly tricky to find your way through carpark when returning car but there were signs if you look. Had a small wait at return but it was first thing Monday morning. Will rent again.
Great service and rates. Rented a van for moving furniture. There is a BP gas station around the corner, so it's easy to fill up the tank before returning the van.
Not a good choice to Hire a car from this place! The staff Gerald very arrogant and they charge you extra money when you return the car!
0/5 Charged me for an extra 13l of fuel after I returned car with the full tank! Nobody available for an inpection at the point of return. Terrible customer service!
Such a rude staff. Today I went there and a guy was there witch he was tired to explain and answer my basic questions. VERY DISAPPOINTING..I changed my mind and left there and never get back
Extremely rude staff, and didn't honor the "or equivalent" with a large SUV, was given a small, which made a 7 hour round trip pretty uncomfortable.
Getting in and out of car park is a bit confusing sure to lack of signs but nice car at good price
Slow service. Please hire more staff.
