Barry & Damien we're the best for being the most friendly & helpful guy's you'll ever meet. Now that they have gone, Budget Richmond has totally changed. It's run by a bunch of unfriendly, rude & unhelpful people. 11 years of my support, treated as a unwanted customer?

I used Budget Truck Rental to move all my boxes and smaller items which saved me $750 in moving costs. The added bonus was the seamless process of hiring the truck overnight, excellent staff who walked me through the ease of using the electronic hoist and driving the truck. The crew here were really helpful as I wasn't exactly sure what kind of truck I needed to move my apartment. They assured me it would all fit in a large van, which it did and it was cheaper than what i had booked! Great service, great value!
