I would recommend AAA Rent a Car to anyone in the Richmond area and surrounding. Recently I was in need of a rental in a hurry, it was a stressful situation for me. I found AAA rent a car through Google. I rented a car from there for 3 weeks. The prices were reasonable. The rental process was easy and they worked with me to insure they could assist me in anyway possible. They provided great customer service, were very personable, and friendly. Thanks Gary and Gavin for providing me with 5 star service in my time of need , words can't express my gratitude.
Gary and Gavin are hands down the best people to work with when it comes to car rentals. They provided me with an excellent rate and worked to match my needs with a great car. I will be coming to them for my future rentals.

This was our 1st time renting with these guys and i must say that it was an awesome experience! Both guys were so nice and professional. The car was so clean and unlike the other local rental companies the cars had no mechanical issues. We will be renting with this company again!
