WORST PLACE EVER TO HIRE A CAR!!! The manager there doesn't know what customer service is. I have tried lodging a formal complaint with them and have been passed around by their customer service team and advised to speak to the manager, when he has no intention of assisting. Even the staff on the customer service line and at their head office in Perth have advised me what he has done wrong but no one seems to know how to lodge the complaint formally for me. This has been taken to Consumer Protection who are investigating
