An Absolutely Fantastic Pleasurable Car Hire Rental Company Business to cruise about The State with. My first holiday to Western Australia and rented a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Northside Rentals - Greenwood, all the staff were helpful and friendly, the car was clean and in very good condition, and was comfortable and performed well without any issues on our trip to Albany and back to Perth. As this was also the first time that I have rented a car I can't compare with another company, but their fees seemed very reasonable. Will be happy to rent a car from them again next time I'm in Western Australia.
Best vehicle rental in Perth! They always have the most friendly kind staff that go out of their way to help. Their vehicles are always clean and well serviced. Very grateful to have them locally.
Great group that always offers a very competitive price on rental cars. Ive been using this company for 2 years now especially during the COVID period and they never let me down.
Very very impressed with this rental company. The service was great, efficient and friendly. The car I hired was a real pleasure too and not expected at the great value for money.
I found the pick up and drop off with the ladies went well. Damage on the vehicle was clearly marked when I collected the vehicle. It was checked again when I dropped off the car on return. I was initially worred about the refund as I had read other reviews over the last 12 months about the process. Initially, when it is collected your payment and the bond are both processed through EFTPOS. However, when it is returned it is done manually some reviews stated took 2 weeks for a full bond refund. But, the manual bond refund was processed on Thursday 25 August car returned by 11am and by Tuesday 30 August 8am the refund had been processed and had been returned to my credit card. In reality 3 business days to be processed. Nothing to worry about. Happy with service.
It’s our third time renting from Northside in Greenwood. The process is just hassle free. If you do have any concerns however, the friendly and efficient Kaitlyn will clarify them and you’re good to embark on your journey. Thankyou

If you hire a car from this company make sure you take pictures around the car. I hired a Mitsubishi dual ute.And there is alots of damage and dent on the car. When I returned the car they accusing me of the damage luckily I took photos to proved the damage was already there. And they know exactly the damage was there. I do believe there is alots of people got scam with the same damage because the damage its seem very old. I will do some investigation to help others who got scam with the same car and damage. be aware when you hire from them. Take alots pictures of the car . I mean alots.
Used northside rentals to hire a vehicle. The vehicle itself was great and good price, but I must say, both of the receptionists that I encountered were extremely rude & non-inviting. Think they need some lessons on customer service, and maybe some manners too.
