Thanks to the hassle free rental. My family of 7 had a great time in Perth even though this is our first time. I would like to thank Chris for making all this possible. His professionalism and quick response had make it easy for us. Thanks to Jo/John who drop the car off at the airport, friendly reception, short waiting time abt 20mins and child seat all set up and ready to go. If the car interior is slightly cleaner that will be great but still acceptable for us. Good value all in all. Will definitely recommend Auto Hire Centre to everyone. Cheers

We have a number of international guests flying into Perth for our wedding in March. After our wedding we wanted to take them all down south to show them around the Margaret River area and spend some quality time with them all. As such we booked and paid a deposit for a 12 Seater Mini-Van 5 weeks before it was required. 

Was called less than 2 weeks before the van was due to be picked up only to be told that the vehicle we had booked wouldn't be ready on the day we had booked it and that if we wanted it, it would have to be picked up the following day. Given that accommodation has already been booked and our guests are only in town for a limited time, this was not possible.

Was not offered any assistance in securing another vehicle or form of compensation other than "we will refund your deposit".

Now I have to try and find an alternative means of transport to get all of our guests down south with less than 2 weeks before it's required. To make things even more difficult, it is a long weekend and everywhere I have tried thus far is booked out.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied customer.
