Kingsway Tourist and Caravan Park in Perth is located close to all of the action and fun of Perth's water playground, The Sunset Coast. The pristine beaches, surf, sand, diving, cafes, shopping, restaurants and nightclubs abound.

In between activities you can relax at the Tourist Park around the swimmning pool, play tennis, accompany the children to the playground or make use of the recreation room with pool table, library and board games. Alternatively you can enjoy the social life around the barbeque and camp kitchen.

I don’t really understand some of the negative reviews! We had a lovely week staying here, thenfacilities were all great and were always really clean, staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us during our stay! We had a nice large site so really can’t complain at all! I’d definitely recommend this caravan park!
Stayed on a site for a few weeks. Wonderful trees but not much gardening done. Looked in the ladies bathroom once it was bright and clean, but for most of our stay it was closed for maintenance. A water pipe burst and there was no water for a day and a half. The pool pump broke halfway through our stay and wasn't repaired before we left... it was very hot weather. All concrete pads need replacing or repair.
The room was pleasant, with full kitchen facilities, although the TV cords were precariously balanced along the top of the wardrobe and fell on me every time I opened it - was slightly concerned about electrocution.nGrounds / facilities tired and unkempt, tennis ? court unusable, and dog park was a mess of sh-bombs likely due to inconsiderate owners.nMy phone and watch charging cables 'mysteriously vanished' never to be seen again. Very inconvenient for the remainder of my holiday in WA.nWe also had an interesting visit from a scary chap, closely followed by the police.nShopping centre within walking distance.nCannot recommend
This place is a dump. Too many bad points stacking up made us cut our stay short and book somewhere else. Kettle was disgusting, shower was cold, cockroach crawling on me in the middle of the night which must of entered via a hole in the wall under the bedside cabinet, faulty fridge making such a loud squealing noise multiple times a night waking us up. I have never had such bad accomodation before and we don’t stay in fancy places. But clean and hygienic is not hard to provide. No apology was given, just a refund for the night we didn’t stay. Grossly inadequate when a family trip has been tarnished and we have been left sleep deprived. Photo and video evidence of it all.
Stayed 2 nights in a cabin April 2024.Very old cabins generally acceptable for price but a few negatives. Child play area very poor, lots of rubbish around whole site perimeter fencing and somewhat shonky cabling connecting tv and power. Not dangerous but when mentioned to reception just shrugged. Won’t be going back
