Terrible. The place is a pricey but what gets me is their terrible service and supervisors who are unwilling to help or listen. My friend thought she validated on level six for early bird, tickets saying $66 to get out. They made us wait for 20 mins to check the cameras, next the supervisor is raising his voice at her saying don't you ever come here and lie to us that you validated your ticket when you didn't! It was crazy, I was mind-blown at how the supervisor could speak to someone like that. Anyway I've been using the carpark for a long time and I won't anymore. When I emailed they said they would speak to the supervisor. Meh doubt anything will change. There are some younger ones who seem nice but the older ones, Indian man and blonde lady are not professional. I've encountered her before when I was at the gate with cars backed up behind me and the machine wasn't working. She was so unhelpful and rude, telling me I must not have done it correctly. Like don't work with customers if you can't be nice. Drives me crazy they are both in the wrong jobs but the owners or upper management have no idea. Or maybe they do but don't care.

Got stuck in the lift this morning when it malfunctioned and just got stuck on the third floor whilst going to the ground floor, it wouldn’t move and just made humming sounds. I held the emergency button 4 times for more than 5 seconds and nobody talked on the intercom or anything.nnWhen the lift finally started moving again randomly it went back up to level 5 to which I used the stairs.nnI told the staff which seemed nice but then I was told I could also just call the phone number in the lift… not really the nicest thing to say when someone is stuck in a lift with the emergency phone button not working..

So expensive, I paid $18 for 1.5 hours.  It took me a while to walk and prepare myself, I left only to be declined at the gate wanting an additional $6.00 I called the bell 4x no answers. Then finally someone answered I had exceeded the 'grace period of 13mins' . I called again, then waited another 5mins and just paid the extra to leave. To pay $18 and get charged an additional $6 for 13mins when I was clearly still within my last half an hour time I had paid for is such rubbish. I will never park there again.

The one star reviews are no joke. I don't really object to paying for parking if it's convenient, especially in the city. This is something else entirely. I pulled in for maybe 5 minutes thinking they were affiliated with the Hotel Britomart they're not. That's my mistake but they charge 6 dollars just to let us out when we didn't even get out of my car. Heaven forbid I actually wanted to park here - I couldn't find any spot that wasn't reserved, time limited, or otherwise useless. Auckland was supposed last stop on our trip of New Zealand, but this experience made me ready to leave before I even got out of the car.

Getting charged $60 for 5 hours, by not being parked long enough for early bird!? Crazy carpark.
