Upon exiting , the car park I had to place the pram and make my baby seat , at first was not able to locate my ticket so called their phone number , they told collect from the reception somehow in just couple of minutes and went to exit they ask to pay more dollars even after paying for it. I then went to the reception explained my situation and the guy says oh if you exceed 10 mins grace you have to pay to exit. I told it’s an unusual situation can you not consider and let me out and I get a response cannot do anything it’s company policy pay for it so that you can exit. In my eyes the response was unfair, loser , hopelessness response and the policies are bull shit. Don’t park your car in this public car park they only have good facility to loot public . I have seen better car park facilities than this one
Parking in Auckland CBD is expensive and as Aucklanders we are well accustomed to paying a premium. But we were shocked to pay $56 for less than 4 hours of parking!! Be warned this is pricey spot and well above normal city parking costs.
Good location by the Britomart area. Fairly expensive, but it's a new and well kept facility. Big building with lots of parking, but it seems that most of it is leased so there's a lot of driving to get to the top level, and some of the direction markings are not particularly clear. The shade sails on the top level are a nice touch in summer because they keep the sun off the cars.
Absolute scammers and rip offs! The fact that you have to drive all the way up to the sixth floor for early bird needs to be indicated right at the beginning - before the price! Have not seen something like this anywhere else. Arena Carpark down the road is way better!
Be careful with this carpark. If you don’t abide exactly to their requirements, they will charge horrendous amounts even if you arrive and leave exactly according to early bird times. No consideration for a mother with a young child who’s never been to this carpark before. Never seen such bad customer service.
