Absolute rubbish. Total waste of time. Wanted monthly car parking, have filled out their online form TWICE and waited, no one cared to response. Called them and they said fill out the online form and we will get back to. Did that again nothing apart from their CRM auto response email junk came back. been waiting 7 days 5 business days and no one got back to me. Clearly mismanagement flows down!
24hr car park and they close exit gate at 1am. When I call them no one answer until 4am they finally answer the phone. But what they said they gonna come in 20 min but it take an hour. So I’m stuck in the car park from 1am to 5am and I had to paid 50 dollar for this long wait. Don’t ever park this place you gonna stuck in there for whole night.
Have parked here once weekly for a while now, so far so good touch wood. Parking is outdoor so open access, pretty standard parking lot.
Good place in centre of City for $12 early bird parking till evening. Good deal and I can park here with my van!
Little confusing but competitive price. There 2 parking One on the rooftop and second inside the complex. Rooftop has a seperate entry connected directly to the road and there is main enterance for covered parking. Price wise both are same as far as i know.
Booked online for car parking until 23.45. Arrived back at 22.30 to find the entrance and exits chained-up and security refusing to release people, including us, with paying $50 despite a clear booking email showing we’d pre-paid. Unable to get hold of anybody by phone on the after hours number - waited 20 minutes before giving up. Recommend avoiding this company Secure Parking and this car park.
be warned , booked online but got a fine for "unauthorised parking" even though I had my confirmation email on the dash
