Not open during stated opening hours... Can't get my car out. Picture at 8:24am

We only parked our car for 3 and half hours. And it said it said 10 dollars per hour but when we got back it charged us $50. Even though we came half an hour early. Will give it one star because they charged us more then they advertised.
