Seriously I want to give no stars at all! Lock our car in and forced to charge $50 for release. It's only 8 o'clock. Never mentioned anything when they take your payment.

You can never get someone on the phone, its always transferred to the sales  team and then its says you are first in the queue  Nek Minute " your call cannot be answered " please leave a voice mail. Trying to get in touch  with them for days just to suspend my car park and just no luck. Paying for a monthly car park and sometimes its full and car spaces unavailable so you have to park somewhere in the corner and hope u dont get a ticket.
