Had a great experience with getting a wheel alignment fixed that 2 other stores had a go at. The tech that does the alignments has been in the industry for 30 plus years and is a gun on the alignment machine. He explained me the issue and fixed it no fuss. Car drives gun barrel straight now. Finally…. my left hand down and pulling to the right driving experience is over. This is the only shop I will be using for alignments going forward.

Absolutely second to none experience with the boys at Bridgestone Springfield at commercial drive,  Very friendly and informative, super down to earth and easy to chat with,  Affordable and they do the work properly, ensuring they don’t leave you with further problems down the track, unlike other mechanics that I have used that have caused further damage or simply not done the work correctly, forcing me to return several times to have simple issues corrected.  Would highly recommend these guys for all your auto servicing needs including tyres and brakes, anything really.  Will definitely be returning again.  Hope to see these guys getting the attention they deserve! They need more customers. Give them a go!

I’ve been coming to Bridgestone Select since this store opened back in about 2010. Not once have I had a bad experience. It’s gone through some changes in personal lately but the new manager has improved customer service to a new level. Reminder texts, follow up calls, vehicle ready texts, thank you emails. He runs a very professional show and it makes you feel like you are important to them. Keep up the great work sir

Amazing team that understood my situation and accommodated to it. I wasn't even a previous customer. I am now! Compassionate and honest business. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart.

I had my lower control arms replaced by Bridgestone Springfield last week. $300 cheaper then every other quote and done within 2 days of booking. The alignment was a work of art too. The best alignment tech in town.

They mis diagnosed a problem in my car and caused me to spend $900 on an unrelated issue. Had my car looked at by another mechanic and the real problem was found in 30mins. Went back to advise them and ask for some kind of assistance. Manager was unwilling to concede and not helpful. Did not believe me. Will not be going back to this shop. Really unhappy with the overall experience. My car is now getting fixed by a trusted mechanic elsewhere. Be careful when booking in here.

Completely ripped me off. They overcharged for services, and even charged me things i did not ask to be done to to the car. After getting my initial quote i asked for things to be removed to make it cheaper and then they still charged me the original price, even trying to charge me more. Stay very far away if you are looking for any honest work to be done to your car.

I have been using Bridgestone on Commercial drive for about 7 or 8 years now. I don’t even live in Springfield anymore. I travel from Mt Gravatt to get my servicing and repairs done here. They are so worth the travel. Honest and transparent customer service with even better technicians.
