Larry and his gun mechanics really know their stuff. Will be back for more work in future. Larry and the team fitted a great, but not so well documented oil catch-can kit to my VW Tiguan with no issues. The photos speak for themselves. An 'A1' job! They also swapped out the factory-fitted turbo diverter valve for an Australian brass DV+ unit - designed to keep boost pressure for longer. A known problem for VW DSG7 turbo-equipped vehicles. Again, Larry's team did not disappoint me. Great work boys!

Great service, reliable, trustworthy. Have been bringing my wife’s car here for years. I’ll be bringing mine too when warranty runs out next month. Larry & the guys are great. Update: 2nd Feb, 2019. Larry & the crew repaired my disabled sister’s car and even drove up to Ipswich from Goodna to pick her up personally and bring her down so she could see her car and so she could drive it home. Great service indeed. Larry and the crew are awesome. I’ve lived and worked in this community for over 40 years & they are the best around. I’ll continue to recommend their great honest mechanical work and customer relations.
Highly recommended! Larry's Pitstop are lifesavers. They helped me when no one else could. I was desperately searching for someone to remove my car battery from the bracket, as I needed to get a replacement from the local auto store. Hubby was working, my mechanic was busy and another local mechanic was unable to help. I called and spoke to a lovely lady at Larry's Pitstop who told me that they could help at no charge. I was so relieved, as I had 3 kids in the car and could not afford to break down. I drove over and a mechanic removed the old battery and drove to the auto store to pick up the replacement. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I only discovered Larry's Pitstop today, but will definitely return. They had gone over and beyond and at no charge. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate it.
Great people, great service. Highly recommend. I didn't personally get any work done on my car but they were exceptionally friendly and gracious. Good honest people to deal with. Fantastic value and massive savings with their loyalty card options and also layby! Suitable options for all budgets and lifestyles. Check them out!
Posting for a friend. Had quote from these guys 12 months ago to re-gas her car. She was told $1281 and told it was stuffed and needed multiple things done including a new compressor. Today she has taken it to another mechanic and the air-con has been re-gassed and one seal changed for $240. Given other reviews about air-con re-gassing this business either doesn't like doing them or doesn't know what they are doing otherwise they would not rip people off!! Not recommended!!
Our family have been going to Larry's for so long he has serviced and repaired 5 of our previous cars from Kia,Toyota and holden. they are second to none when it comes to just being passionate about helping out , there needs to be more people like them. You can't go wrong with Larry's Pit stop.
The free air conditioning check offered here seems like a waste of time. The mechanic seemed very disinterested and suggested my car needed a new evaporator which was a dashboard out $1000+ job. I got a second opinion from Jack Frost and it was fixed with a regas and oil added for under $200. Maybe they were having a bad day, but what's the point of a free check if not enough time is spent diagnosing the issue? I'd rather pay a small fee and know they've checked everything possible instead of taking a stab in the dark.
