Haven't had any issues with any of the batteries I have purchased. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely only be using century batteries.
Batteries have become so bad they don't last their warranty period. Still have a super charge in a car that doesn't get used often for 5 years and still going. Retailer didn't want to warranty it and had to fight it. Luckily I could prove it didn't even have the guts to start the car and the cca was higher than minimum for the car. You can't say it's fit for purpose when it can't start a car.nnSuper charge batteries are my go to now
Century batteries are the biggest con in the auto industry, after reading reviews I see a number of people are having warranty problems as I have, Century are putting unworkable pressure on retailers to reject warranty, buy a Century battery at your peril, just realise there is actually no warranty and its a Temu battery in a yellow case. Back to SuperCharge, same spec cranks harder, lasts longer and a very good warranty response, experience in large fleet situation, personally had SuperCharge last 20 years and retail service just as good, they stand behind their product where Century does not, because it can not, you have been warned.
I had to visit them to fix a charging issue with my n70zzmf battery , after the usual testing they offered me a replacement battery but they also said that the original battery would charge up ,but it would take days with my charger .nOverall a near perfect sales/warranty issue handled by the century employee i know this from 30 years experience as a sales representative.nThanks guys .well done
I paid a premium price for a Century battery last time, hoping to get more than 2-3 years out of batteries. Unfortunately, my cranking battery, NS70LX-MF started to deteriorate at 18 months. It is finally being replaced under warranty at 26 months. Not good enough for a $328 battery.
