I usually don't bother with writing reviews but if this can help someone else avoid the trouble and frustration, it's worth it. It took them 9 weeks all up just for minor hail damage. They are just beyond ridiculous. Also stole items from our car valued over $100 (stuff that was glued down) and when they were confronted, they told us to deal with our insurer. Worst experience ever.

This place is the worst place to get yr car fix...They lost my car key when i first left the car there..... jus to sume it up: i have to go back & forward 7 times each ways and six months later, each time they call up & said 'yr parts are ready please bring yr car in' but once u arrive the part are not arrive yet. This happen 3 ~4 times... btw they didn't complet the car probly i have to call my insurance to go elsewhere to get it fix again from this unprofession job from this place...

I concur with the review below! Probably the worse experience I have had in my entire life. Unprofessional people that are horrible at their jobs. If possible I would give them negative stars. The receptionists say they will call back when I ask about the progress of my car but they never do, they say it'll be ready when it never is and they LIE and do not care. DONT EVER USE THESE GUYS...EVERRR. They are the epidimy of stupidity and should not be trusted with your car.

Painful. I'm going to echo the other two reviews. It is too frustrating to go into the full details of my experience, however I had to keep chasing up to get any real indication of when my car would be done...I too had to take it one twice. The second time I waited over 6 weeks for it to be completed...and I have a feeling I would still be waiting if I didn't chase it up. Only once of about 5 phone calls did I ever receive the call back I was promised. *It's in the queue for a polish* *It's in the queue for a detail* *It's in the queue for a polish, we'll update you in 3 days* *6 days later* *It's in the queue for a detail*. On the day I finally picked it up, after hounding them with phone calls, I found out that the windscreen still hadn't been put in... On top of the above, they have ruined things that weren't an issue prior to taking the car in. One of the minor interior panels and lights is now missing. The bluetooth and phone function are non-existent and the phone button now only mutes the radio.

Go elsewhere Demanded excess paid up front. Did not order any parts because they planned to only do part of the repair job the Insurance company agreed to.
