We had the pleasure of visiting for lunch today. All of us enjoyed the delicious food; which was served piping hot & very quickly. The prices were very reasonable & the staff were all so lovely & very welcoming. We loved the beer garden, as we had our dogs with us & we were so impressed with the ambiance & comfort there. Big thank you to the staff……we look forward to our next visit!
Great pub with a wonderful atmosphere had a good specials board and the selections excellent. Steak cooked perfectly and ice-cold pint. Might be cold outside but was warm inside. Top service as well a little gem.
Fantastic hotel with delicious food and excellent craft beer including locals. Staff welcoming and helpful. Sit inside or out.
Amazing service came with 2 kids2,5 a pregnant wife and a dog for lunch..the team were awesome! Loads of kid friendly toys , great food and drinks! Great music and a fireplacennI am sure it would be fun at night with live music and the great beer garden! Highly recommend this placennWill definitely be back
I’m disappointed to write this review as we had been on a holiday and was looking forward to a great meal.nUnfortunately after reading reviews we didn’t have a great experience or meal.nStaff were under the pump run off their feet.nWe waited 1 hour 10 min as they were so busy then asked about our meal. The young girl could have not apologised any more they had forgotten to put it through We got it about 30 min later and it was un eatable the Parma was burnt and chips were cold.nMaybe it was a one off as reviewed are great but after paying for a meal that took 1 hour 40 and not even eatable I won’t be back.nMore staff is definitely needed.nAlso dogs barking inside the restaurant at each other while trying to eat as they were at the restaurant tables.nI love dogs but it made it noisy inside a already busy restaurant.
