I called up Bob on Saturday morning with a fairly urgent request to inspect and fix my rear brakes on my van. He managed to squeeze me in on Monday first thing in the morning. Communication was great, as soon as he knew what the problem was he let me know. Even though new parts were required, he managed to get them couriered in on the same day and the van was ready to pick up by the afternoon. Bob also took the van to VTNZ to get the brakes re-checked. I appreciated the clear explanations of what was wrong and the fact that the folk at BAS are honest. If something doesn't need fixing or replacing they will tell you the truth. Warm regards to the team at BAS.

Absolutely fantastic place. I was looking for a new mechanic near my work, as I had just changed jobs, and couldn't look past the 20+ 5 star reviews. I was having issues with my clutch, and was quoted $950 to replace it. Took it in that morning, and received a call in the afternoon to let me know that they were actually able to repair instead of replace, and saved me over $700!

Absolutely brilliant service from the guys at BAS, I wouldn't consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. Ever since my first fix with them, they've been prompt in their responses when i've needed them, and done every job with a smile on their face. Super friendly and do the job excellently.
