I frequently bring my Audi vehicles to Fivestar Automotive for their Warrant of Fitness and services. The mechanics there are exceptional, consistently exceeding expectations and providing valuable insights. Paul, the owner, is not only down-to-earth but also incredibly honest. Sonya, their receptionist, goes above and beyond her role, making every interaction a pleasure. Together, they form an outstanding team. I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. Fivestar Automotive truly lives up to its name—five stars all the way. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Had a WOF appt  10am where I always wait while it’s being done, get to my appt to be told gonna be waiting at least 2 hours, cause 2 cars on hoists and wof take about 45 mins to an hour and it’s their morning tea time etc etc How’s any of this my problem?? They booked me in Not happy waisting my time had no lift to take me to and from so I went elsewhere and the wof was only $45 instead of $69 I waited 10 mins cause no appt and the wof took 25 minutes easy as Will never come here again woman at reception miserable and just plan rude So much for supporting local businesses

Very trustworthy mechanics. Always get great service from Paul and the team. I know my family’s cars will be. well looked after there. Courtesy cars are a real bonus so I can drop my car off early and pick up at the end of my work day. 100% fully recommend. Cheers guys

Wonderful service quick and helpful. Our car broke down, and they stayed open to receive the towed vehicle. The car was repaired by the next day despite being short staffed.

I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team, starting with reception who was so knowledgeable about the parts and where to source them for our old Merc.  It’s not often these days a job comes in lower cost than quoted.  Very trustworthy and high quality work.  They really went out of their way to help us keep our classic car on the road.

I have taken cars to Fivestar for years now, mostly Subaru Foresters, and always walk away a happy customer.  Paul and the team are very knowledgeable, great with communication & best of all, offer fair & competitive pricing.  Highly recommend!ServicesService not listed

Paul from garage  is a real professional! He was able to pin point and resolve an issue on my Mx5 which 3 different workshops could not figure out! this place is highly recommended!!
