Horrible. The guy at the console was extremely condescending. And I asked about his name, he gave it to me the way as if it doesn't matter if I complain about him and had this condescending grin on his face while giving his name. Definitely his bosses told him that you can do whatever you want, and we are not going to do anything. Wonderful customer service!
GET YOUR RECEIPT! Theives/clowns working on the register praying on travellers.nnTheif added a $3.50 coffee to my fuel bill without telling me. When I asked for a receipt he said the computer locked up, I assume hoping I would tell him not to worry about the receipt. He eventually gave me a receipt and reversed the extra charge.nnReceipt number 1074562.
Worst fuel station so rude attitude and I don’t even understand why they have barista if they don’t want to make coffee 10/10 times they say no coffee at the moment, no matter what time you come. They should understand coffee and positive attitude after a long trip is one of the most essential aspect to focus on to provide best experience. I’m feeling so frustrating right now because it’s useless to hope to get better experience here because simply they don’t care. Worst service from BP ever here on this fuel station even though it is one the most busiest fuel station.
This service attitude is extremely bad. If we need to pay first~ can you tell us politely? The first time I came to buy something to drink, I was treated impolitely, which disappointed me. There won't be a next time.
Nice clean place to pick up some snacks and titbits. Lady manning the cashier was nice and friendly, puts in effort in engaging with customers. Was a good experience overall.
