Great Service and Convenient LocationnnI recently visited the BP fuel station near airport, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The station is well-maintained, nice coffee, clean, and conveniently located for travelers and staff was very friendly & helpful.nnWould definitely recommend it!
Thank you soo much to the staff working on the 28.02.25. The staff there were so helpful when I was having a dilemma with my phone leaving the airport. The gentleman on the morning shift that day around 7:30 am , talked me through the steps needed to get a sim after my roaming failed. He even took the time to draw my directions on a piece of paper to where I was heading. I will forever be grateful.
Can’t complain about the store standards and merchandise.nThe staff needs to be trained well in how they can respect their customers whether they make a purchase of 1$ or several 100$.nCourtesy is what they lack in . Its looks like this gas station belongs to an Indian or the administration belongs to Indian Community , they should treat their customers as God , which unfortunately they don’t even treat as a human being.
I visited at 4:15 am on 5th November 2024 to grab a coffee. The black man with glasses refused my order without any reason and was very rude and behaved badly. You must be professional with customers. You live in a beautiful country, Australia, not Africa
I visited this location today, December 2, 2024, at 3:05 AM to buy some hot food after my 14-hour flight. There was only one employee working, and he was the rudest person I have encountered anywhere in the world. He did not answer any of my questions and instead responded in a manner that suggested he wanted to pick a fight. It was clear that he is not suitable for any job, as he may be dealing with some personal issues.nnI urge the owner or manager of this location to review the CCTV footage to witness his behavior. Listening to what he said will provide a better understanding of my experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please take action against this employee, as he does not understand the basics of customer service.
