Mel at the Westfield Airport West Victoria store appears to be lacking customer service skills. Upon my exit through the self checkout with a trolley full of coles shopping bags and a baby in my baby carrier on my chest, she arrogantly demanded i show her a reciept for my shopping. As i was about to pull the reciept out, i jokingly said i wouldnt be silly enough to steal a trolley full of shopping with a baby strapped to my chest. I understand it is a requirement to show a reciept when requested, however i thought someone in customer service could understand a playful tone in a customers voice. She thought the correct response to this was to throw the reciept aggresively back in my trolley, and demanded i leave the store. When i asked for her name, she then told me i didnt need it and to leave the store. She then began dancing around waving at me sarcastically. Another team member was helpful in providing her name. I called the store to discuss with the manager Adrian, but felt like i wasnt being taken seriously based on the tone in his voice. His response was "i will have a chat to her". Looking at the stores reviews, this appears like a common issue with Adrian and his staff not living up to Woolworths standard of customer service.
An employee today confiscated most of my groceries i got from coles after demanding to bagsearch me because I couldn’t provide a receipt and now I don’t have food for the next two weeks. I froze up and couldn’t say much because I’m quite timid but that costed me a lot.
Left my change behind after a purchase and tried to call the store but nobody answered my several calls Asked for the store manager the day before and I was treated with arrogance. I will think twice before going back to a Woolworths store A disappointed long time customer
It's smaller than Watergardens but still a good selection of brands and variety.
Such rude staff, the so called store manager Adrian / Darren couldn't handle processing my refund due to incorrect price label. He shouldn't be working with customers.
Good prices but the range is a bit limited for meats.
This shop is a mess. All products in wrong places and needs a serious tidy up. Coles is so much better.
Sometimes very good last time a little slow with checking out
Well stocked up super market. Friendly staff and lots of self checkout counters
