Worst BP!! Filled up petrol here on 27/3/18 and my car broke down immediately after. Took it back to Holden and found out today that it wasn't fuel in my tank, it was WATER! They did not have any "out of order" sign on the pump therefore i had no reason not to fill up. I even called them to make sure i had filled up unleaded and the guy i spoke to confirmed i had filled up unleaded. But it wasn't. They failed to notify customers that their pump was out of fuel. And now two weeks later i'm still left with no car. UPDATE: Petrol found in my fuel tank was contaminated and now my car has $3,500 worth of damages because of it

Terrible staff and bad experience. Will never go again. Day time without any signage on nuzzle, how could I tell its prepay!? Thats alright then I went inside to pay, an indian staff wore a long face, no greeting at all. I told him I d like to pay $15 please. He did not confirm or anything just let me pay on machine, which I saw $10 shown on screen. So I repeated 15 please, he stared me angrily and insisted I said 10 before. Excuse me! Cant anyone tell whats the difference between 10 and 15 sounds like?! then without any apologies he kept asking me to pay $10, so I paid and just left. The staff didnt offer any receipt or say any word. Have no idea why the owner hired someone can not understand simple number and also behaved boodly rude and refuse to say sorry! I know you are not the typical retail or watever need cuatomer service , but show damn basic respect to your customers at least okay??

One of the longest serving servicise station around fantastic friendly welcome price cheap carwash and work shop ass well joint to Glenroy shops and public places nice little spot.

Very old and didn't have premium petrol as at 25/2/17. They now have new pumps & have premium as at 8/8/17. 👍
