Horrible experience.nWent there a couple of times. The last time I went was on Saturday, and the lady who worked there on Saturday night 4 May 24 was very rude and unprofessional.nnGenerally if an item's price is specified on the price tag then you should honor it, and not come up with your own policies saying the system says otherwise. In a rude waynnI have worked in customer service all my life and can honestly say that this 7-11 has ZERO customer service.nI have stopped going there.nnAnyone that thinks about going there, Honestly go elsewhere, many better gas stations around the area.

there was a guy named Shri and he was so rude to me and instead of welcoming me with smile he was yawning and very rude. i asked him for coffee and he said no coffee as i asked him 3 times and he puts he airpods on at work and he didnt replied and i asked the store manager name he said i am the store manager. HOW AWWFUL really upset me in morning and company or area manager should look into this and train them how to treat customers. thanks heaps
I just went there, and the lady was really rude and lacked a professional attitude. First, I was denied the free reward drink, and then I was told to put the dri k back. Having worked myself in a 7 eleven, this is the minimum we do. The staff needs to be retrained or give someone else a chance for whom putting a can back in the fridge is not a very big job. Now I know why the store is always dirty
Was listening to the radio inside my motorcycle helmet and couldn't hear the attendant telling me to take my helmet off before he'd turn my pump on. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.nAfter that he charged me for the wrong pump and had to reverse the transaction.nAttendant said his name was Wompshe.
