I’m highly appalled by the behaviour that was displayed at this 7-Eleven service station. My partner was racially profiled at 10am for having warn a jacket with a hoodie during this cold winter. As he was filling up, his fuel pump was purposely stopped whilst everyone else alongside him was still able to fill up and he was made to “pay first” as this was supposedly their policy. This is incorrect as I have personally filled up multiple times at this service station and was never made to pay first during the morning hours. It’s very disappointing to witness this sort of racism still occurring and the lack of awareness the staff display.
Customer service rubbish.nI tapped my card and forgot my pin number so the guy at the counter huffed and puffed. mind you i got it correct the second time round. didn’t even say hi or how are you or anything. Absolutely rude and rubbish. will not be returning here. to fill up. rather fill up at the bp nearby, where they actually have manners.
Unbelievable customer service and very much disgusted by the RACISM. It is sad and disgracing to have to experience such actions by such a reputable business. Definetly need to be held accountable for your actions!!!
Abdul is an arrogant imbecile who should give is job up to someone who is trained in customer service or even just appreciates life.nHe goes off on little strolls around the grounds when there is a line of customers waiting at the counter.nWhen he finally serves you he is a mute just grabs your money and throws your change at you. I tend to avoid the place now unless their petrol is competitive rarelynI think the manager needs to re-evaluate their hiring process!
As part of Milleara Mall shopping centre this handy service station is open 24/7 which gives you great opportunities to pick up those last-minute things you forgot to get. It also has petrol prices which aren’t too bad and the staff are quite friendly.
