My fav Servo .. I can wash the car, get petrol and top it off have hungry jacks for lunch .. perfect.. and I’ve always had nothing but the most polite and friendly natured service attendants that had made my family and I come back year after year… that was until tonight.. .. what an injustice to have a rude arrogant pig speak to me like I was a piece of ….. I told him lady that worked today told me to come anytime to pick up my refund … he said bad luck come tomorrow ..I and went on telling me he doesn’t have to look for any note or refund .. etc, then had the audacity to say I’m going to call the police .. “ I said please do because I’m sure they would love coming out for this ..it was about 2.10-2.20am …being a female on my own didn’t help , you could tell he has no respect for women , I wish I had taken my partner along with me I’m sure the outcome would have been completely different and that’s from observing him the male customers .. his whole demeanor was totally different .. 30 years my family friends and I have customers but to think there would be attendants now with these type of mannerisms makes me think we might need to move on …
One of the most dirtiest car washes around the area. Your car gets dirtier when using these car wash bays. Had to wait for guy to wash his car with his own bucket and sponge. Mud everywhere, and the on-site attendant should be prioritising what is important instead of looking busy whilst doing nothing…
Wanted to fill up my car at 10pm, but apparently having my rego showing and giving them my lisense wasn’t enough. Not comfortable leaving my ID and card with them while I fill up….First and last time going here.
Been coming here for years but lately you walk in to pay for fuel & walk out smelling like an oily rag thanks to hungry jacks the place stinks I don’t know what oil they’re using but you can see the smoke when you walk in
Stones in the car wash brush. I washed at night and didn’t notice till after I’d finished. Small scratches on every panel. Do not use this car wash.
