BoxingFit provides all of its members with a wide range of 30 minute boxing classes, personal training and kids boxing, catering for all ages ranging from 10 years to adults up to 75 years of age.
To add to the atmosphere at BoxingFit's high energy centres is TEAM BoxingFit - real fighters in centre ring you can watch while you workout.
BoxingFit's training system's are producing a number of Champion boxers both professional and amateur so keep your eye on the website for them.

If you want to get fit this is the place to go. Gym upstairs for strength training and heaps of good equipment on the floor for boxing and cardio. Trainers are experts and always willing to help with your technique. Highly recommend a 1 on 1 session for a challenge

Started training here 6 years ago! I will not go anywhere else. The classes are amazing, the results are unbelievable! 30 minute classes all day long, time just flies in the class as it's fun! Huge stresss relief! Trainers are so good! Not only is there boxing but so much more. Prices are super low especially for the area. No place like it in the world! Must try!

Best gym I have ever trained at, believe me I've been to a lot. The trainers are all professional or ex professional boxers, so you know you're in good hands here. The classes are hard but worth the sweat! I have highly recommended boxing fit to everybody I know. 10/10 experience

Really loving boxingfit. The instructors are great, matter of fact, it's quick and you can go your own pace but it quietly challenges you to keep trying harder. I am really seeing benefits and I am so motivated to keep going!
