My first CrossFit gym my first love. Highly recommended if this is your fist time and even if it’s not.. go and do the trial ASAP. You will find a very cheering community, funny and always keen to help If you need. The coaches are absolutely amazing inside and outside the gym. Always there to help and listen to your thoughts or questions if you have some. Always there to help you improving your strength and abilities with new exercises. Dogs and kids are always welcome. Don’t be scared to see a lot of muscles because there’s also big hearts behind them.
Without a doubt the BEST gym I've been to!!! Bjorn and his coaching team are outstanding with a particular focus on technique. The community vibe is welcoming & fun which makes training enjoyable. Definitely a gym for the beginner or experienced crossfitter.
Fantastic gym for both experienced crossfitters and those new to crossfit. The members are genuine, supportive and create a really good vibe during the classes. Of course the quality of the coaches makes this place what it is and their expert advice has helped me personally acheive many fitness goals the past 24 months.
As someone with zero background in exercise, Crossfit seemed daunting to me initially. That was until I became part of the Bamboo family. Bjorn and his great team of coaches are passionate about helping people move correctly and discovering the better versions of themselves. Everyone at Bamboo are welcoming and supportive, all about helping each other improve. Fast forward now I have never been stronger or fitter. Everybody starts somewhere and this is a great place to start.
A friendly and encouraging CrossFit environment that welcomes new members and visitors with open arms, you feel part of the family as soon as you walk through the door. The coaching led by Bjorn and his team is amazing and they take a holistic approach to training which encompasses nutrition, sleep and recovery.
Amy and Bjorn are elite level coaches that take the time to work closely with all participants to improve your fitness, focusing on correct technique at all times. Great vibe around the the gym with everyone very friendly and welcoming. Great place to train, highly recommended!
Brilliant gym, atmosphere & people! Best of all though, the coaches are experts. You learn the movement correctly from the get-go with lots of room for them to constantly challenge & improve your efforts. A great place to have as a second home!
What an amazing place to train! Amy and Bjorn are two of the most sophisticated and competent coaches you will find in Melbourne, if not the whole of Australia. They offer an expert level of knowledge and professionalism to anyone who walks in the door, whether a seasoned athlete or a first timer ‘braving' the Crossfit community. With a zero policy on poor technique you can be assured that you are receiving quality coaching from the start and will see significant improvement in your health and fitness very early on. Being a smaller box allows for personalised coaching and an increased sense of community within the member group – no one gets left behind. As a constant traveler for work I always look forward to coming home and seeing my Crossfit Deux family... : Thanks BJ & Amy – you should be super proud of the community / business you have created!
I love training here! Crossfit Bamboo has excellent coaches that know how to get the best from each person. Good size classes that are not overwhelming and the best part is the welcoming people that train there
