Feeling unfit or stuck in an exercise rut? Need to get back into training after having kids? Want to work with a PT who will challenge and encourage you, and make sure you give 110%? CJ Ambrose is your man! I hadn't done any structured cardio exercise since having my first child 5+ years ago and wanted to build up my fitness again. My physio recommended Ambrose Gym to me, so even though I've never done boxing before, I gave it a go, Now after just 5 sessions with CJ, I'm so surprised at how quickly my fitness has improved, and how much stronger I feel. CJ is friendly, dedicated, and passionate about boxing. 5 stars, give Ambrose Gym a try!

As a new member to Ambrose Gym (just under 3 weeks), I have lost 1.3kg with CJ's training and boxing. CJ is teaching me the fundamentals of boxing, while getting me fitter and losing the weight at the same time. He understands my strengths and weakness and helps me gain the best outcomes with my training. CJ is very knowledgeable with his boxing and has a great sense of humor, which makes training with him enjoyable. I really recommend CJ and his gym to anyone keen on fitness at all levels.

CJ is an excellent trainer who specializes in boxing. My mother and I have been training with him for 6 months now and love our weekly sessions. He is very professional, constantly challenges us and drives results. We have tried many trainers, both in boxing and general fitness, and no one compares. We would recommend CJ at Ambrose Gym highly for anyone who is serious about training.

My teenage son had not tried boxing before and was generally lacking motivation to exercise. Since joining Ambrose Gym he has become much more motivated and is enthusiastic to attend each session. Highly recommend CJ as a trainer.
