All the staff in the stroke unit ward at Box Hill hospital were wonderful. Cannot thank them enough for the care and attention they showed me.nSuch a lovely group of professionals working together as a team, to make their patients feel supported and well looked after.nCarry on the good work.

I've been to plenty hospitals here in Melbourne because of my mental health, so far the best treatment I've received is from this hospital.nI thought I was having a heart attack and it turned out to be a panic attack. They ran tests on me and made sure everything was okay before going home.nnAll the nurses that took care of me in the ED I forgot the names of others Gabby, Eric, another chinese lady looking like Filipina, and the female doctor assigned to me Doc Amy I think her name was unsure ... They made my hospital experience unforgetful. I was treated with respect and not once did any of them made me feel stressed/anxious. I even managed to sleep peacefully and was then discharged.nnThanks to all of you, I'm home now with the pups feeling well rested and safe.nKeep up the good work! Thank you again!!!!

Went in last week for a standard day surgery and had a great experience here. Check in was easy, there were no delays. The hospital is clean. The surgeon and surgical team made sure I was aware of everything that they were going to do. All of my nurses were attentive and kind, especially Anthea in recovery, and Alicia, Mary, Rudria, and Jene on the 7.2 ward.

So I'm giving a shout out to Gerdie and the amazing nurses at the dialysis unit at box Hill hospital! They have seen me at my worst and my best and the care has been unwavering, extremely professional.  The team really goes out of their way to listen and are there when you want to have a quick chat.  They know what treatment is like as they see it every day, so they really make you feel like you are not your disease and I can't thank them enough

Long term patient. Hospital is the best in the area. Staff are excellent and committed. Has ATM'S as well as food facilities eat in or take away. Has an excellent range of services allowing a one stop for the majority of patients. Personal history includes: Operations, Child birth as a father, numerous tests over life years, casuality after life accidents starting at 5 and still going. Never has this Hospital let me, or friends down, yes glitches, always sorted with a positive outcome. Thanks for being there.nnGraeme.
