We visited the boxhill hospital for my endoscopy and had an amazing experience. The receptionist at the endoscopy clinic was an absolutely amazing person. The way she cared for the people waiting for their loved ones at the reception was great. She asked everyone for a drink or coffee many times. She let me pray and feed my baby at one of the room. I will always be grateful for that. I remember her name was Casey and she was pregnant. Thank you Casey for your amazing behaviourn

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The level of care and professionalism from both the doctors and nurses was outstanding.nnEveryone was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Communication was clear, concerns were taken seriously, and I always felt well supported during my time here. The team showed a level of compassion and clinical competence that truly stood out.nnHaving experienced care at several private hospitals in Australia, including Epworth and St Vincent’s, I can honestly say that the standard of care here was even better. The service felt more thorough, more responsive, and more patient-focused.nnI am very grateful to the entire medical and nursing team and would highly recommend this hospital.

Pathology collector Ms.Solah, she is very professional, meticulous, and patient. She also has a lovely side,when she knows she's doing something correctly, she dances lightly, making patients happy and relaxed, allowing them to comfortably undergo blood tests. I'm very afraid of needles, and the veins in my arm are particularly small. After repeatedly and carefully pressing on the veins in my arm, she accurately located the vein for the blood draw. She needles me only one timeshe drew the blood directly, minimizing the pain caused by the needles . I am incredibly grateful to her. It's a blessing for us patients to have such an excellent collector draw our blood.

Outstanding maternity service and great facilities at Boxhill hospital.nnI went to Boxhill hospital from the start of my pregnancy and then eventually childbirth gave birth 2 weeks ago. I had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish, where I was consistently taken care of by all the lovely midwives and doctors, who were all professional, respectful and looked out for me every step of the way.nnThis is my first pregnancy so I was naturally quite anxious not knowing what to expect. However I received so much support from the midwives who guided me and gave me reassurance while I was nervous. I was never rushed at all during my appointments and was given lots of space and time to ask questions.nnWhen it was finally time to give birth, I was admitted into a comfortable and spacious private suite. Although the birthing experience was unpleasant requiring me to be induced and then an emergency c-section, I received the best care possible in the prenatal ward with multiple midwives and doctors coming in to check on me the entire time. Everything went smoothly in the end and I delivered a beautiful baby boy.nnI was given a private suite to stay for a few more days to recover from the surgery. The postpartum ward felt a bit more stressful than the prenatal ward, with midwives coming in and out throughout the day and night to check on the baby especially after a c section, but they tried their best to accommodate our needs. The food was pretty good too!nnI am forever grateful for the exceptional care, service and hospitality I received at Boxhill hospital. Thank you to all the incredible people who made my experience a smooth one.

I had a surgery here and it went well. The beds were comfortable and there was even a chair next to the bed for visitors. The food was great and the nurses were very helpful and friendly.
