I had my baby here recently and the midwives were absolutely lovely.nA special thank you to Jordan . She was so gentle, patient and caring. After giving birth I was exhausted and overwhelmed, but she looked after me with so much kindness and made sure I was comfortable. Her calm and thoughtful care really made a big difference and helped me recover my energy. I’m very grateful for her support. The hospital is very lucky to have her.nThe only downside of my experience was the epidural, which unfortunately didn’t work for me at all.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The level of care and professionalism from both the doctors and nurses was outstanding.nnEveryone was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Communication was clear, concerns were taken seriously, and I always felt well supported during my time here. The team showed a level of compassion and clinical competence that truly stood out.nnHaving experienced care at several private hospitals in Australia, including Epworth and St Vincent’s, I can honestly say that the standard of care here was even better. I thought I had broken my anklenTuesday and ended up at box Hill ED. After triage I fast tracked and waited about 2hr to see a dr. Initial assessment required x-ray. 2 has later had ana x-ray confirmed i had broken both my fibia and tibia. Reduction under general aesthetic was conducted in the plaster room due to lack of beds. Thank you to all the dr.s and nurses it got this done with limited space and resources. Was then admitted ominto short stay whilst surgery was booked. Moved to pre surgery ward on Wednesday whilst they waited for a theatre and surgeon. Thankfully Thursday morning and opening came up and I was on the table in no time. The nursing staff were very kind and attentive and the surgeons went above to get my surgery done as soon as possible. The loss of one star is for the food. A huge thank you to all the staff for your care during my stay, you had a positive affect on my negative situation.

Pathology collector Ms.Solah, she is very professional, meticulous, and patient. She also has a lovely side,when she knows she's doing something correctly, she dances lightly, making patients happy and relaxed, allowing them to comfortably undergo blood tests. I'm very afraid of needles, and the veins in my arm are particularly small. After repeatedly and carefully pressing on the veins in my arm, she accurately located the vein for the blood draw. She needles me only one timeshe drew the blood directly, minimizing the pain caused by the needles . I am incredibly grateful to her. It's a blessing for us patients to have such an excellent collector draw our blood.

I had my total hip replacement surgery at Box Hill Hospital 12 weeks ago. A/Prof Raphael Hau and Andrew Aylett performed my surgery with their team. I am recovering exceptionally well and pain free. I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation to them. They are truely gifted and exceptional surgeons!  Also, all staff that assisted me before, during and after my surgery were amazing. I can not thank Box Hill Hospital enough. X
