As a builder I have been using Bowens for over 20 years.The best part of dealing with a business like this is their customer service 6 stars all the way, this is what you get from a smaller owner operator franchise Always get good service and all the staff no their business, always helpful and will pick your timber orders ready filled for pickup,much better than the main competitors , the others might sell sausages out the front but they don’t even have cash registers now and zero customer service.Also as a builder I have my own personal account manager Michael,life great when you deal with absolute professionals he’s the best is all I can say, try them and you will only buy your sausage from the others on
I walked into Bowens for the first time in ages, and proceeded out into the relatively new and huge timber shed/yard. A young storeman spotted me quickly and offered to help. We found the one length of timber I was after shorter than Bunnings standard length, and he wrote out the yard ticket, and carried the timber out to the customer carpark while I went to pay. Excellent and quick and helpful service for a handyman, not just the pros. Returning soon.
