Absolutely love Booming Moda. The boutique is gorgeous and Shiva and Lucy are the best, absolutely lovely human beings to deal with. I wanted a special dress, I didn’t want to skimp on my wedding dress as I really wanted a quality gown I felt a million bucks in and that’s exactly what I got at booming Moda. I had shopped at other bridal stores and wasn’t happy with designs or quality or service. Until I found booming Moda and they went above and beyond. They were so helpful and I found the dream gown. My wedding was the best time. I’m super happy and can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much Shiva
I came here with my bridesmaids and am so glad I chose this store. My bridal dress consultant Shiva was warm, polite, friendly and took time to understand the kind of wedding dress I was after. Shiva was also very patient and I did not feel rushed at all and this made the experience so lovely. I tried a selection of dresses that helped me narrow down to the one dress I was after ‍ . Shiva, my bridesmaids and I loved your professionalism, gentle, sweet and warm nature. I found and bought my wedding dress here and to top it up, Shiva gave me a tiara as a gift. I can’t wait to pick up my wedding dress and walk down the isle with it come the end of the year‍‍. Am over the moon and super excited. Thanks so much Shiva for making me feel so special as a bride‍. Highly recommend the store.
I just found the service really poor and no effort really made by Lucy to help with what we were looking for. Having attended another bridal store with assistants who go above and beyond in understanding your needs, understanding the type of wedding, explaining the designers and where the dresses are made, assisting with the train display and adjusting the bottom of the dresses where bunched up, helping to put the gowns on, it's just poor customer service. Also, they only had size 10-12 dresses even though I specifically reached out prior to the appointment to ensure they had larger sizes. As a result, I would recommend White Lily Couture in Red Hill as a better option for upcoming brides seeking amazing service and amazing dresses.
I just wanted to say how much I loved my wedding dress and how grateful I am that it arrived on time. I felt very special as the dress was so beautiful. Everybody commented expressing how beautiful they thought the dress was also. My matching veil was expectational and truly made me feel like a bride and it has made the photos spectacular.
Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience today. The woman Lucy did not even help me into the dresses, she told me they were too tight, she was unorganized - didn’t even attempt to clip me in or provide information on the dresses unless prompted. She also didn’t introduce herself until we asked what her name was. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’m really disappointed in this store because this is suppose to be the happiest experiences of my life with my loved ones that flew in from a different country to experience this day with me. Hopefully you will have a better time than I did.
I love Booming Moda! Stunning dresses! Shiva is amazing, she is so patient and warm and helps you find the dress of your dreams! I can't waite to pick up my dress for my wedding day! Xoxox
No dresses above a size 16, only 1 dress in a size 16. The customer service is lovely. But if you only cater to specific sizes. This should be made clear when booking. I am a size 20. I know that isn't healthy but 67% of Australians are over weight and 31% are obese. So if they are going to exclude most of the population they should make that clear to avoid wasting people's time. Staff are friendly despite this.
Absolutely disgustingly rude! Unprofessional, unorganised and they discriminate as well!. Any bride to be deserves way better than the treatment they’ll receive from this place. Don’t even waste your time going here there’s plenty of nice respectful bridal places around Brisbane
I have been shopping in Brisbane for bridal gowns for a long time and this is the best store I have been to! From the store set up to the customer service and the quality and design of their dresses, I would give 6 stars for all of them!! I am so happy with my experience and my wedding dress. Thank you so much for helping me find my dream wedding dress!! I will recommend this store to all of my friends!
Most amazing bridal shop I've ever been to! The wonderful lady that works there was so helpful and really knows what she is talking about! She made me feel so comfortable, and it wasn't a hassle for her to let me try on multiple dresses! She gave us the best service we have ever received. In her shop, I could see myself wearing ANY of the dresses on my wedding day because they are ALL beautiful. So much to choose from. Also, the actual shop is so beautifully designed... you feel like a celebrity walking into the store! This is the bridal store I will recommend to ALL my friends!
