They push and push to get you to sign, then all of a sudden when you need to contact them, no one answers their phone. I doubt they are that busy all day, I have been in there and seen most of them not attending to clients. I would ring the dealer principal direct, but I would probably only get a recorded message from him too claiming he is busy with clients. I doubt this review will be shared. Have since spoken to the dealer principal and he was very understanding and obliging. Thank you.

I sent an email requesting info about the display on my 4 year old X trail, bought new from them. No a word,not even, an acknowledgement. Getting too big for their boots . I emailed your parts dept,i think,i couldn't find a general enquiry email,do you have one.

Honestly one of the nicest, friendliest and upfront dealerships I've been to. Was looked after by sales person Matt who was an absolute professional and gave us 10/10 customer service and a good laugh. No problem recommending.

We purchased a used vehicle and for the most part we had a great experience with Boetccher motors. The salesman and finance lady were helpful and friendly however the gentleman who tried to sell us extra warrenty was horrendous. He put a lot of pressure on us to commit and was very sly in doing so. He blatantly lied to me a couple of times just to get us to purchase and even made a threat that our finance might not be accepted if we didn't purchase. He left a very bad impression and because of this I will never purchase a car from them again or recommend this company to anyone.

I brought my JK jeep from them. To start with they tried to sell me a close to a 3 year old jeep as new. The first service wasted 5 hours of my time. one little parking light they had trouble replacing, I had to do the job myself in the end. Do not take your jeep to them for servise
