Where do I start? honestly the service, communication, professionalism and the care I received was amazing could not have been better. I just bought my Subaru WRX from Gabby and the whole process was quick and smooth due to commitments I have. I couldn’t be anymore grateful for Gabby and Llewellyn for how quick and well the process was. I would definitely recommend people to go to Llewellyn Subaru and to Gabby. The whole entire process went way better than I thought and couldn’t have been better. Thank you
Tony's service and helpfulness was second to none and it made a great experience to the point that I will now travel the extra distance to not only have my car serviced by Llewellyn but I will be back for more STI parts as they are available in the Australian market. Best sales service I have ever received. I would highly recommend Llewellyn Subaru over any other dealership on the Gold Coast make the trip it will be well worth it.
Very poor communication, have been told by the service team 6 times that they will call me back, they never do. Had to make a complaint to receive a quote that they told me they had sent on numerous occassions. They cancelled the repair of the car the morning of the repair as they hadn't received the parts they supposedly ordered almost 3 weeks earlier from Sydney, now apparently a 6 week wait to be fixed, which hasn't been booked in because they won't return my calls. I've dealt with Hyundai and Toyota there before and they are much more reliable. Do not recommend.
The order for our new XV was not placed by staff in August. This we only discovered in October before our return from Hong Kong. To ensure we had a new vehicle to drive away in, and our order was placed both Tony and David bent over backwards and then some more to help us! We couldn't have wished for kinder, understanding and helpful people
Absolutely do not recommend. Go to another dealership. Lengthy delays between services that has only increased in the past 12 months. As of my last service, they are booked out for 8 weeks. Overcharged me for my last service when i have capped price servicing. When I brought this up with the service representative and customer relations manager, they "weren't sure how it happened". God knows how many times they've overcharged people without realising. I've had an ongoing issue with my entertainment unit cutting out for the past 6 months and after extensive troubleshooting reseating cabling, updating the unit, restarting unit, restarting phone, new cables, new phone they advised a software diagnostic billable for $165 would be required. Due to the overcharging, they waived the fee. Their "software diagnostic" was updating the unit again and testing it for 10 minutes. They had my car at the dealership for 2 and a half hours. As someone who works in tech, I know how difficult intermittent issues are to troubleshoot. But this is lazy and poor customer service. After emailing the customer relations manager back again with my dissatisfaction with this and not wanting to wait another 8 weeks to have the issue looked at again, they haven't responded. Funny how they followed up every few days asking me to put in a positive review. Guess once the chance of that disappeared, so did their customer service. Of course, the issue is still happening and I'm going to another dealership to have it fixed. Llewellyn's is absolutely useless. Edit: In response to the "owner", I've given you three attempts to address this issue, I have zero reason to expect you will respond this time. If you wanted to fix this, you could quite easily use my name to find me in your system.
First of all, I wanted to start off by saying that all the staff are Llewellyn Subaru are incredibly friendly and helpful. Right from the get-go Tony shared his vast knowledge and passion about Subaru. We went to Subaru initially to look at a new XV. However, Tony was able to assess our needs and suggested that the new Outback would suit us better. As this was right before Christmas/New Year, we had requested to take delivery ASAP. Tony and the team went above and beyond to ensure that that could occur, and the entire purchasing process was seamless. We went back a few weeks later to have a look at a WRX STI, which we ended up purchasing. Tony went above and beyond to meet our needs in terms of the purchasing process and having the car ready for delivery so that this purchase was seamless too. The service we received was excellent and we would highly recommend others to visit Llewellyn Subaru.
What a disappointing process when I attempted to purchase a new WRX from here over the last couple of weeks, where I was even asked to go and register the car myself. Thanks for your prompt and timely reply. I appreciate the sarcasm, exceptionally professional. In response; The sales member can do what they are required to do by legilsation and government doctrine in accordance with the relevant entitlements "difficult" clients are awarded by the Australian Government. Goodluck in your endeavours to retain and please customers, seems to be a challenging task for some.
Conclusion review: Finally had my money refunded after consultation with management explaining the situation. Gave a 3 star rating because they reluctantly returned my money after a long phone call to management. I have been a loyal customer for 9 yrs getting 2 cars serviced and I had to go through all this. Why would anyone pay $700 for a diagnostic. A good Subaru mechanic would only have to drive the vehicle around the corner to know what the issue is. Vehicle collection review: I have now been charged for a diagnostic fee? No mention about a diagnostic cost when the vehicle was dropped off however I am now left to pay $700 before I could take vehicle to another mechanic for repair. Had to pay. Vehicle towed to Boxer Service Subaru at Brendale for repair at 50% cheaper than what I was quoted on from Llewellyn. Diagnostic done over the phone at no charge by them after I had explained the way the vehicle was driving including the RACQ OBD scan indicating a problem with the solenoids within the transmission. P0762 code. Older Review: My Subaru was dropped off by a tow truck a week and a half ago. Requested a quote for repair. No quote received as yet. Contacted service department over and over again with no call back. Contacted service manager that told me a quote will be sent through however never happened. Still waiting? I have had both my Subaru and Toyota serviced at this dealership for 9 years. Can someone please do something!
Recently had my Subaru serviced with Llewellyn Subaru. I had warranty work which was being completed at the same time which had been arranged by another dealership in Brisbane. They arranged for the works to be transferred and completed without a hitch. Great service by Casey and Rebecca!
I purchased a brand new 2020 WRX and I love it to pieces. The car itself I can go on and on about which is all good stuff but this review is specifically based on the service I received from Llewellyn Subaru. The person who sold me the vehilcle was Josh. He was very polite when serving me but most importantly knew the car and what I wanted to know about it. Josh was great at organising all the bits and pieces I wanted to add on the WRX and delivered the car on time and in immaculate condition. Thanks to Subaru Llewellyn for an awesome experience and hope this partnership continues to be an amazing experience throughout the years to come. First service is due next month so we'll see how that goes. Would definitely recommend going in and checking it out.
