Very helpful and down-to-earth parts department staff who are more than willing to help! Everyone seems friendly and don't make you feel like you are making their lives an inconvenience by being there like other dealers I've experienced.

If I could do less I would. We had our car in with a clutch problem, while there they managed to pick up 2 other issues that had nothing to do with the clutch. Anyway $3,800 later we have it back and there is a weird rattling noise whenever the car is in low gears. Take it back to them and were told nothing was wrong and that it was normal. We took it for a second opinion and found out the rattling noise is in no way normal and that there was a clear leak in the gearbox and a cracked tailshaft that was clearly visible once the car was up on a hoist. I called and spoke to the receptionist who said our car was never there. I told her it was and she realised she had mis-spelled my partners surname and gave me the wrong name completely! Utterly useless!! She then transferred me to Jason who was incredibly rude from the start. I told him what the other mechanic told us and asked why we were not told about these issues and why we were lied to about the noise. He laughed and said "Not my problem." He told me they were only looking at the clutch and nothing else. I asked why was there 2 other things you picked up that had nothing to do with the clutch yet not these? He told me that his mechanic knows more and he's never heard of what I was talking about, bit weird for a mechanic considering every other one I contacted knew exactly what I was talking about! I told him it seems like you just want us to bring the car back in and charge us another stupid amount when you should of done it or at least told us about it!! Will NOT be going back here and will be going to fair trade!

This was a great experience for us, we send were made to feel very important and were well looked after by the great sales men. And financial people.

The sales team here are fantastic!!! I’d pay top dollar for a car here just for the warm and friendly experience, we were immediately treated like family members and treated with respect from initially “just looking” to hand over. A smooth and flawless transaction. James, Ben & Sharon THANKYOU!!! and goodluck in the future. PS was thoroughly christened in mud before I even hit the hwy 😬
